Live it, November 21, according to The Athletic’s Shams report, multiple sources revealed that free agent Portis agreed to join Deer.
Shams followed up with reports that several sources said that Portis and the Bucks reached a two-year contract, with the player option for the second year.
Shams’ colleague David Aldridge said Portis’s contract may be around $8 million.
In the 2019-20 season, Portis played 66 games for the Knicks, averaging 21.1 minutes, 10.1 points, 5.1 rebounds and 1.5 assists.
