According to the website of the Chinese Embassy in Spain, on the night of February 19, local time, the Hong Kong-registered freighter “Cape Town” exploded in the waters of Gibraltar, injuring four Chinese crew members. Two people were seriously injured and were transferred to a hospital in Seville, Spain for treatment.
