One theory is that the fusion of black holes may have occurred here recently, and the related “recoil” forces have caused its speed to be different from that of the parent galaxy.

Another theory is that there may actually be a pair of interacting black holes here, and the violent pulling between the two parties may cause a certain degree of interference to their moving speed.
