Singapore star Feng Tianwei was born in China. She has practiced table tennis since she was a child and was once selected for the Chinese National Youth Team. In 2007, Feng Tianwei obtained Singaporean nationality and helped Singapore win a silver medal in the women’s team at the Beijing Olympics the following year.
