Guangzhou, December 8 (Xinhua): several experts and scholars gathered in Yangcheng to launch a scientific forum to help popular science

Huang Yiqi and Xu Bilan, who spent their whole life reproducing the ancient harp, tension researcher who discovered new species of moss, Dean Xie Xinxin who sent the first green leaf of the moon, and Professor Wu Jianing who applied life imitators to the field of Aerospace… Recently, many experts and scholars gathered in Yangcheng, Board the stage of Gezhi lundao Bay Area (hereinafter referred to as “Gezhi forum”) hosted by Guangzhou Institute of Internet of things and Guangzhou Branch of Chinese Academy of Sciences, share their exploration and thinking in different fields, and lead the audience to carry out a dialogue “across time and space”

Huang Yiqi and Xu Bilan, who moved to Zhongshan two years ago, can’t see that they are over seventy years old. 40 years ago, due to the introduction of Cao Zheng, the elder zither player, Huang Yiqi planted the seed of reproducing the ancient Chinese Harp in his heart

over the past 30 years, I have consulted a large number of historical materials, overcome many difficulties, and even sold Hong Kong real estate to Nansha, Guangzhou to concentrate on making harp. Until 2011, two “golden age harps” were finally released. Up to now, Huang and Xu have restored dozens of harps, successfully making this ancient musical instrument reproduce the wonderful music of thousands of years. In July 2021, the 82 year old craftsman Huang Yiqi was awarded the title of “top ten makers of Chinese national musical instruments in 2020”

this time, Huang Yiqi and Xu Bilan brought the original harp unearthed in Xinjiang, which had never been published publicly. These harps were excavated in 1996 and have a history of 2800 years. It can be seen from the materials and shapes of these harps that they are harp ritual vessels made by local people in Xinjiang. Since then, a fourth type of AI konghou has been added to the original three forms of lying konghou, vertical konghou and phoenix head konghou. It broadens the history of harp in the world and is also the earliest Harp in China
